NEW! List of Private Practitioners in Florida
FASP does not certify that a member has specialized training or education in these areas. It is up to the consumer to verify licensure with the practitioner or with the Department of Health.
IMPORTANT Update for Private Practice
Concerns related to the private practice of school psychology, dual practioners, and the use of "outside" evaluations, often present ethical and procedural challenges to school districts and to our profession. FASP has spent considerable time examining these issues and has developed a set of guidelines/procedures we believe serve the best interest of students, parents, school districts, and practioners (both public and private).
Please review the documents presented here and feel free to use them in your professional activities. If there are any questions and/or comments please contact either myself drdeb3@bellsouth.net or FASP's President, Josh Lutz jalutz74@gmail.com.
